Every week, Scout scans thousands of job listings across 1,000+ sources and runs each one through ClearShot’s grading intelligence. Only listings that clear the bar — rated A or B — make it into your shortlist. The result lands in your inbox every Monday, ready to review.

Why is Scout invite-only?

Scout grows through referrals, not advertising. We review every request personally and open spots as capacity allows. This keeps the shortlist quality high and the community tight — people who are serious about finding the right role, not just browsing.

What happens after I request an invitation?

We review your request and send a personal invitation link when a spot opens. The link is valid for 48 hours. From there, you set your criteria and your first Scout Report is on its way.

How is Scout different from job alerts I already get?

What roles and industries does Scout cover?

Is my information shared with employers or third parties?
