Monthly subscriptions (Basic $4/mo, Pro $12/mo) are non-refundable. Because ClearShot offers a free tier specifically so you can validate the product before paying, we do not issue refunds on monthly charges.

Annual Pro subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund on unused months. If you cancel an annual plan, we will refund the remaining full months minus Stripe's non-recoverable processing fee.

Accidental duplicate charges are refunded immediately — no questions asked. Contact us at support@tryclearshot.com and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.

To cancel your subscription at any time, use the Manage Subscription option above. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
